Van Wagner created a customized streaming platform where Boston Beer Company’s Leadership Team and Top Executives could connect live with their employees during a 3-day virtual event. Creating customized content with live shows from Boston Taproom, pre-recorded content highlighting each of the company’s brands, and allowing for live Q&A, roundtable discussions, company happy hours and live performances, this experience surpassed all expectations – creating an event with unmatched impact for their employees.

With over 1,500 employees tuned in, Van Wagner was able to successfully develop a virtual meeting in which senior leadership could speak directly to all employees through multiple live Q&A sessions, roundtable discussions and brand presentations, as well as provide unique social elements including happy hours and live entertainment acts over the three-day meeting.
