The CHALLENGE
With the cancellation of their live EML Conference, Adobe needed to seamlessly transition this two-day conference into a virtual event consisting of a show open to 40 different breakout sessions, breaks, and celebrity keynote speakers.
THE CHALLENGE
With the cancellation of their live EML Conference, Adobe needed to seamlessly transition this two-day conference into a virtual event consisting of a show open to 40 different breakout sessions, breaks, and celebrity keynote speakers.
OUR SOLUTION
Utilizing five separate streams simultaneously for this partially-live event, Van Wagner used its main playback and video switcher to send participants to different breakout rooms and Q&A sessions after the opening address. All live presenters were provided with professional camera kits (i.e., camera, lights, cables, tripods) to ensure a broadcast-quality feed. Keynote speakers recorded their speeches in advance in which Van Wagner edited to be included within the live show along with rights-cleared music. Adobe’s graphic elements were incorporated throughout all parts of the conference for a professional look and feel.

It continues to provide an engaging resource for various business leaders.
